Can I update or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, changes may not be possible due to processing.

Where do you ship?
We ship within the USA. If you are international, please email annimuirdesigns@gmail.com for more details.

How long will delivery take?
Standard orders are shipped within 7-10days, while custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days from the ship date for unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging.

All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.

Are custom or bespoke pieces returnable?
Custom and personalized designs and items marked 'FINAL SALE’ cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note tarnished jewelry is not eligible for return. Tarnishing is considered natural wear for jewelry.
